Fly tying and Casting Demonstrations
FLY-TYING DEMONSTRATIONS - FRANK THOMPSON, dean of Mid-Atlantic fly-tiers, and DAVE ROTHROCK, “tie-meister” of Salmo-Trutta School of Pennsylvania and Austria, and other experts, will demonstrate fly-tying in the Exhibit Hall during the Show.

CASTING DEMONSTRATIONS - Nationally certified casting instructors will give the following free casting demonstrations near the entrance to the Show:

    • 10:15—10:30 AM KIKI GALVIN and DAVE ROTHROCK
    • 2:15—2:30 PM PHIL GAY and DUSTY WISSMATH


Bring the family. We have planned events for all. The Show is a good way to introduce a neophyte to fly fishing, and fun for kids. There will be many opportunities for the sophisticated fly fisherman to handle the latest gear and chat with some of the country's leading professionals and experts. If you have questions about any aspect of fly fishing or conservation, the Show is the place to get answers.
